Taco Soup

12 ounces lean ground beef -10% fat2 cans Mexican stewed tomatoes1 can tomatoe sauce1 can diced tomatoes with green chilis1 can corn1 can fat free refried beans1 can black beans1 can chicken stock1 bag frozen seasoning mix (onions, celery, bell pepper)1 bag frozen pepper strips1 cup carrot match sticks1 packet taco seasoning mix2 tsp ground cuminchili seasoning mix to taste
Put ground beef, seasoning mix, pepper strips and carrot stick in large stew pot and cook until ground beef is cook and vegetables are tender. Drain off liquid.
Put in cans of black beans, corn, tomatoes, tomatoe sauce, refried beans, and chicken stock into stew pot with ground beef mixture. Stir til mix throughly.
Stir in spices. Cook for 30 minutes to 1 hours til flavors are blended. Taste great the next day.
