8 oz. Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese, sliced thin1 C Crushed Tomatoes1/2 Can Black Olives1/2 Can Artichoke Hearts2 Thin Slices of Onion1 T Grated Parmesan Cheese
I previously entered a recipe for a gluten-free pizza crust, but I wanted to enter the toppings separately. I make my crust in a rectangular, glass pan, pushing the dough high onto the sides to accomodate this "stuffed" style pizza. I put down a generous layer of crushed tomatoes and sprinkle with seasonings. I then add the vegetables right on top of the sauce. Finally, I place slices of cheese on top of everything (I use the slicing side of my grater), then sprinkle with the grated Parmesan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes, or until the cheese on top has brown and bubbly spots.
