Barbecue Crock Chicken

Ingredients
3 boneless skinless chicken breast halves1 1/2 cups ketchup3 Tbsp brown sugar1 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce1 Tbsp soy sauce, low- sodium1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar1 tsp ground red hot pepper plakes1/2 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Mix all ingredients, except chicken, in a slow cooker. Add the chicken, tossing to coat it well in the sauce. Cook on high for 3-4 hours, or on low for 6-8 hours, or until chicken is fully cooked. Then, shred or cut up the chicken, and return it to the BBQ sauce in the pot; mix it all up so all the pieces are coated.

Serve with brown rice and veggies.
