BANANA, BLUEBERRY, WALNUT MUFFINS

Ingredients
2 to 3 bananas, smashed1 egg1/4 cup honey1/2 cup apple butter1/3 cup melted butter1/2 cup defrosted blueberries1/4 cup granulated sugar1 1/2 cup flour, 1 tsp. soda, 1 tsp baking power, 1/2 tsp salt1/4 cup walnut pieces
Directions
mix first seven ingredients and set aside. mix dry ingredients and add them to first bowl. toss in walnuts. Pour into 12 greased muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
