4 oz Cube steak 2 TBSP corn oilJohnny's seasoning salt 1/4 tsp1 TBSP flour
Directions
Insert steak into baggie and add flour. Close and shake until steak is coated with flour. Turn heat on med high till hot then add corn oil and turn down to med. Fry until brown and crispy seasoning with seasoning salt , turn over, seasoning with seasoning salt , and finish cooking. Serve.
