Raw Sweet Potato Souffle'

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups of Sweet Potatoes (peeled and cubed)10 Medjool Dates (Pitted)1tsp. Vanilla Extract (non alcoholic)1tsp. Cinnamon1/2tsp. of Himalayan Salt1Tbs. of Raw Organic Coconut Oil1 1/2 cups of Distilled Water1/2 tsp of Ground Flax Seed1Tb of Chia Seeds
Directions
Add all ingredients except nuts in a high speed blender and blend till desired consistency.

Pour pureed mixture in a souffle' dish top with chopped pecans.

I let them sit overnight to have for lunch.

Taste like the holidays. Enjoy.

    That's great had it for lunch it was so refreshing and the flavors were there as if it was cooked.
