Lemon Poppy Seed Loaf

Ingredients
all the above ingredients plus:1 tsp vanilla1 cup splenda2 tsp baking powderadditional 1/2 cup splendalemon zest (from 2 lemons)
Directions
Cream butter and splenda
Add sour cream, eggs, and vanilla and blend

In separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, lemon zest, and poppy seeds.

Mix two bowls together and pour into 8x4" loaf pan.

Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.

Makes 8 slices.
