Ingredients
Almonds, .5 cup, ground Banana, fresh, 1 small Zucchini, 1 cup, gratedEgg, fresh, 2 medium Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Honey, 1 tspGhirardelli Midnight Reverie 86% Cocao, 2 piecesBaking Powder, 1 tsp
Directions
Mix all together, and put into a greased bread pan.

Bake at 350 for 30-35 mins or until fully cooked.

Makes 8 slices.

    Really good! I skipped the honey and used a TSP of baking cocoa instead of the squares. Loved it! Had no problems with it. - 11/25/13

    This is not a good recipe, perhaps something is missing. I have to cook it for almost twice as long and it was too moist, as if there needs to be more almond flour or perhaps coconut flour would be a good addition. Also, the bread did not expand like most non-yeast breads should. Maybe baking soda? - 9/8/12

    Does not taste good. It was a waste of expensive almond flour and ingredients as nobody in my family is going to eat this and I have to trash it. - 6/10/12
