Ingredients:4C Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs Seasoned (1/3C), 1.5 serving (remove)Swai Fish - 4 oz, 11 oz (remove)*Neera's Pear Cardamon Chutney, 2 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Drudge fish in bread crumbs spray pan with PAM and then spray the top of the fish with PAM. I used butter flavor. Bake @ 350 for 15 minutes or until fish is flakey. top with chutney
