Sheperd's Pie

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef1 onions diced2 Tbsp minced garlic2 Tbsp Ketchup1 Gravy packet1 Can reduced sodium beef broth1 cup mixed frozen veggies4 large potatoes1/2 cup 2% milk1tsp garlic powder1/2 cup shredded cheese (low fat or 2%)
Directions
Peel and dice potatoes and boil in water.Drain Potatoes when cooked and return to pot. Add Milk, garlic power, cheese, and salt and pepper to taste. Mash and set aside.
Meanwhile, Cook Beef, onion and garlic til meat is no longer pink. Drain, return to pan. Add ketchup, gravy packet and beef broth til it starts boiling. Then add veggies. Transfer beef mixtures to baking dish. Top with mashed potatoes and bake at 350 for 30 mins
