Banana Muffins Made Easy

Ingredients
2 Cups all purpose Flour3/4 Cup Brown sugar packed1 Tsp Baking Powder1/2 Tsp Baking Soda1 Lg Egg2 Cups Mashed Bananas1/2 Cup Milk1/2 Cup smooth Peanut Butter1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Measure first 4 ingredients into a large bowl. Stir and make a well in the center.

Combine Next 5 ingredients in a medium bowl. Add to well. Stir until lightly moistened. Fill un greased muffin cups 3/4 cup full.

Bake at 375 for 20 to 22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let stand for 5 minutes before removing from pan(unless using stoneware) Remove to wire rack to cool.
