Chili with Rice

Ingredients
1.5lbs ground beef1 red onion chopped2 packs mccormicks chili seasoning (low sodium)1 can sweet corn1 can diced tomatoes1 can red kidney beans1 cup (dry) whole grain rice
Directions
Cook meat and onion in non-stick pan until meat is browned.

Add beans, corn, tomatoes and chili seasoning and mix well. Add water until desired consistency.

Simmer, stirring occasionally for about 20 mins.

During this time cook your rice in a seperate pot. Then add it to the chili, mixing well.
