Ingredients
1 cup cooked brown rice1 tb dried cranberries1 large egg cinnamon to tastenutmeg to taste sweetener to taste
Directions
whip egg in bowl, add cooked rice, add cranberries, nutmeg and cinnamon.
microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes, stir, microwave another 1 1/2 add sweetner to taste.
