Vanilla Granola

Ingredients
4 c. old fashioned oats4 tbls. flax seed4 tbls. wheat germ1/4 c brown sugar1/4 c oil1/4 c honey1 tsp cinnamon1 1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions
Makes 12 servings

Mix oats, flax seed, and wheat germ in large bowl. In a saucepan mix brown sugar, oil, honey, and cinnamon. Bring it to a boil. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Stir into oat mixture and coat well. Spread out in SINGLE layer on large baking sheet. Bake at 325 F for about 30 mins., stirring occassionally until browned.
