beef fajita casserole

12 oz Egg noodles or spirals1 8oz carton red. fat sour cream1 pound ground beef1 packet fajita seasoning2 Tbsp. oil2 green peppers, sliced thin1 medium onion, sliced thin and broken upSalsa (optional)Shredded Cheese, Mexican or taco blend or cheddar.
Cook pasta according to directions on box. Drain, stir in sour cream and set aside.
Brown beef, drain. Add fajita seasoning according to packet directions.
Place onion and pepper in oil and cook until crisp tender. Add to seasoned beef. Let simmer for 2-3minutes. Add to pasta mixture and toss gently.
Serve with salsa and cheese. (not added in nutrition facts)
