Ingredients
1 Cup Organic Brown Rice1 # Lean Ground Beef2 Cups Garlic Tomato Sauce1 cup chopped red onions1/2 cup chopped green pepper3 cloves of garlic1 cup of water1 tbsp chilli powder1/2 tsp saltpepper to taste
Directions
Brown ground beef, garlic, onions and peppers.. Drain any fat. Add tomato sauce and water. Stir in the spices. Add the 1 cup of pasta uncooked. Bring to a boil. Reduec heat and simmer for 15 minutes/
