Pizza Casserole

Ingredients

Bisquick mix, marinara sauce, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, water
Preheat to 375
Mix 2 cups of bisquick with .25-.5 cups of warm water until firm (recommend using your hands. Messy, but much more effective)
Grease 8x8 glass dish
Take half the biscuit dough and spread it out across the bottom and sides of the dish, covering it entirely.
Mix pepperonis with marinara sauce in a seperate bowl.
Pour a layer of the sauce-pep mix into the glass dish on top of the bisquick layer.
Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce-pep mix.
Continue layering until all the sauce-pep mix is gone.
Take the second half of the bisquick dough and flatten it out until it covers the entire top of the 8x8 dish, without covering the edges.
Make sure to poke plenty holes in the top bisquick later. (I tend to make designs in the top with a fork)
Bake in oven for 35-45 minutes
