Egg white, 9 serving 3/4 cupsSpinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped *President Fat Free Crumbled Feta,(about 3.3 oz ) 3/4 cupHot Pepper Sauce, 3 drops
Directions
line 12-cup muffin pan with foil baking cups. spray cups with PAM. combine ingredients. Mix well. Divide evenly among the muffin cups. Bake at 350 for 20 mins or until knife comes out clean.
