Delicious Turkey-Spinach Meatloaf

Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 32 oz Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, choppedOlive Oil, Extra Virgin, 1 tbs Garlic, 3 cloves Breadcrumbs, 1 cupMilk, 1%, .5 cup Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 3 tspSalt, 1 dashPepper, black, 1 dash egg white, fresh, 4 largeSpinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) - thawed/drainedProvolone Cheese, 3 slice (1 oz) - torn into small pieces
Saute onions in olive oil for 4 minutes.
Stir in garlic. Remove from heat after one minute.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Shape meat mixture into two loaves on a cookie tray coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Turn off oven but leave meatloaf inside for an additional 10 minutes.
Remove meatloaf from oven. Cool for 10 minutes and then serve.
[Meat thermometer should register at least 160 degrees]
