12 oz cooked and draind ground chuck*cabbage - raw, 2042 gram(s) (remove)*Onion, medium, raw, 110 gram(s) (remove)salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder to taste.
stir fry the ground beef and drain. put in frying pan with onions and cook until onions clear and tender. add cabbage and a little bit of water to keep from sticking. add seasonings and cover and cook and stir until cabbage reaches your desired crispiness or tenderness. should be around 6 full cups or so when done. around 22 net carbs after subtracting the fiber.
