Frosty Banana Delight

Ingredients
4 bananas1/3- ½ cup Milk (non-fat is fine)
Directions
Peel bananas and freeze in a freezer bag or container overnight. Chop frozen bananas into ½ inch chunks. Put chunks into blender or food processor with a little milk. Pulse and very slowly add milk a little at a time until a very thick consistency (similar to soft served yogurt) is reached and the banana incorporated. Use only as much milk as necessary. The frosty delight can now be served in little bowls or frozen into Popsicle molds.
