Balsamic Glazed Pork Tenderloin w/Mushrooms

1 1/2 lb Kroger Moist & Tender Pork Tenderloin1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp pepper3 cups whole mushrooms1/2 cup balsamic vinegar1/3 cup brown sugar
preheat oven to 425
rinse pork and pat dry season with salt and pepper and brown in skillet until all sides are browned. Remove pork to small roasting pan. To same pan on medium low heat add the balsamic vinegar and stir to loosen up all the brown bits from bottom of pan add the brown sugar and stir until mixed and becomes glaze-like. Rinse mushrooms and add to tenderloin in pan, top with balsamic glaze, turn to coat. Roast for 25 minutes or until pork is cooked. Glaze periodically with the glaze in the pan. 4 6-oz servings
