Melissa's Tasty Homemade Salsa

Ingredients
796ml Canned Tomatoes (No Salt Added!)All fresh:1 Tomato (Mine was 185g)5g Cilantro3g Lime Juice3g Lemon Juice11g Jalapeņo Pepper27g Green Chilies6g Vinegar65g White Onion1 packet Stevia (0.6g)1/2 tsp "No Salt" (sodium free salt alternative)1/8 tsp Cumin
Directions
Chop veggies, put everything into a large bowl, and mix. I also ran everything through a small blender for a few seconds afterwards. :)

I suggest letting this sit in the fridge a few hours before trying it, the flavor is awesome once it has had time to sit a while. :)

Makes 36 ounces. (Approximately 67 tablespoons!)
Each tablespoon has only 4 calories, 0g fat, and 0.8mg sodium!
