* Leeks, 170 grams (remove) * Mustard Greens, 57 grams (remove) * Kale, 57 grams (remove) * Spinach, fresh, 114 grams (remove) * Egg, fresh, 4 large (remove) * Buttermilk, lowfat, 1.333 cup (remove) * Feta Cheese, .5 cup, crumbled (remove) * *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup (remove) * Salt, .25 tsp (remove) * Baking Powder, .5 tsp (remove) * Paprika, .125 tsp (remove) * Pepper, red or cayenne, .05 tsp (remove) * Pepper, black, .125 tsp (remove)
Saute onions and greens. Spray nonstick spray on pie pan. Whisk eggs, buttermilk with flour and spices, mix in spinach mix. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes until lightly browned and puffed.
