Louis Rich Turkey Sausage, 4 oz *Baked Potato, with skin, 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Scrambled Egg, 2 large Feta Cheese, 1 oz crumbled
Makes 2- 1 cup servings
You might want to cook the potato the day before it will make this fast and easy. Chop your onions and potato. Chop the potato into bite size cubes. Saute your onions until clear add your meat and cook. Then add your potato and cook until the potato is heated through. Turn your burner off and sprinkle with cheese. I used Feta but you can use any cheese you like.
