Bean & Veggie Burger

Ingredients
1 Cup cooked Brown Rice,1 can (15.5 oz) Black Beans,3/4 cup diced carrots,1/2 onion chopped,1 egg,1 Tbsp Chili Powder,1/2 Tbsp Cumin,70 grams diced Green Pepper,1/2 cup Rolled Oats,4 cloves Garlic,1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
Directions
Mix all ingredients in food processor until combined.
Form into 8 patties and freeze for ease of cooking.
Cook like normal burgers.
