Braised Calamari Stuffed with Shrimp & Spinach

Ingredients
11 Calamari Tubes230g (1/2lb) shrimp/prawn meat3 cloves garlic2 cups chopped spinach2 eggs1/2 cup breadcrumbs700g Pasta Sauce
Directions
Chop 3 calamari tubes and add to food processor with shrimp and garlic, process into a course paste. Remove to bowl and add eggs, spinach and breadcrumbs and any seasonings. Make a mini patty and fry to taste test and perfect seasonings before stuffing into the remaining calamari tubes.
Pour pasta sauce into a pan and add the calamari, cook for 20-25minutes turning over halfway
