Quinoa berry pudding

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup Quinoa2 c Skim milk2 c Berries (fresh or frozen)1/2c Egg whites1/4c Splenda brown sugar mix1 tsp Cinnamon
Directions
Cooked quinoa in 2 cups boiling water until water is absorbed, then mix quinoa with other ingredients. Bake in a greased cake pan at 350 for half an hour or until set. Serve cold for dessert or breakfast.
