Dinah's Low Carb Flaxseed Muffins

Ingredients
2 C Almond Flour - (1 package (6 oz) amonds ground fine in food processor will work too )2 t. baking powderdash salt1/2 C (1 stick) butter, melted4 large eggs1/3 C water6 T Flaxseed Meal1/2 C Nevella or Splenda no calorie sweetener
Directions
Pre heat oven to 350.

Butter a 12 size muffin tin, or use paper muffin liners.
Mix 2 C of almond flour (or ground almonds) and 2 t of baking power, dash of salt. Melt butter and add to dry mixture. Add water, sweetener and 4 eggs. Mix well, will be a bit runny (not what typical muffin batter looks like) and fill each of the muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake for 20-25 mins. Cool.
Makes 12 muffins. Serving size in 1 muffin.
