Luscious Low Cal Vegetarian Crockpot Lasagna

Ingredients
Morning Star Crumbles, 3 cups Onions, raw, 1 medium Garlic powder, 1 tbsp Canned Tomatoes, 1.75 cupWater, 1.25 cup Lasagna NoodlesParsley, 1 tbspBasil, 1 tbspOregano, ground, 1 tbsp Fat Free Cottage Cheese, 1 cupKraft reduced fat parmesan cheese, .25 cupSpaghetti Sauce, 1 cup Spinach, 1 CupCrumbled No-Cook Lasagna Noodles, 4 oz
Directions
In a skillet, brown morningstar crumbles with onion and garlic. Drain. Add tomatoes and spaghetti sauce, Stir in parsley, basil, and oregano. Stir in uncooked pasta and bring to boil over 6-7 hours in crockpot.

Combine cheeses, add some of the spices to mixture. Add to crockpot, Reduce heat, cover and let simmer for 20 minutes..

Goes great with a piece of low calorie garlic bread and a side of vegetables!

Makes 4 servings! A perfect family meal!
