Cream of Tomato Soup

Ingredients
2 T. 2 T. chopped onion3 T. flour2 t. sugar1 t. salt1/8 t. pepperdash of garlic salt, basil, oregano, thyme2 cups tomato juice2 cups cold milk
Directions
Saute butter and onion in medium pan. Blend in flour, sugar salt and spices. Remove from heat and gradually stir in tomato juice. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Stir in cold milk. Heat almost to boiling and serve.
