Black Beans 15 ozBrown Rice 3 cupsShredded Cheese 1/6 of cupGrilled Chicken Strips 6 ozGreen Peppers 1/2 cup chopped
Makes 5 - 1 cup servings
Make Brown Rice according to box details
Drain and Rinse Black Beans
Cut up Chicken and Peppers into pieces
Once rice is cooked place in pan on the stove and add the rest of the ingredients (Chicken, Peppers and Beans)
Stir together and heat for approx. 5 minutes
Sprinkle Cheese on top and add Salsa or Sour Cream if desired.
