Pumpkin Oatmeal Shake (Low Fat, High Fibre)

Ingredients
1/4 cup quick oats1/3 cup soy milk or almond milk1/3 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling!)1 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend (if using regular brown sugar, you'll need 2 tsp because Splenda's is twice as sweet)1 tsp cinnamonpinch of pumpkin pie spiceYou can also add a few ice cubes if you want yours extra cold.
Directions
Cook oatmeal and put in fridge until cool.

In a blender add oatmeal and soy milk and blend on high until oats are completely ground. Add all other ingredients and blend until smooth. Enjoy! :)
