Ingredients
Spaghetti noodles, cut into small lengthsBrown Rice Raw Medium GrainOilMushroomsChicken Broth
Directions
Break/Cut spaghetti into 1.5 inch lengths.
In a fry pan add oil heat.
Toss spaghetti and brown rice in pan.
Cook, stirring often till rice is white and spaghetti is brown.
Add mushrooms and two cups broth.
Bring to simmer.
Stir often until almost reduced.
Add second two cups and continue stirring till rice and spaghetti is tender and dry.
Seperate into 4 servings.
