5 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced.25 cup butter3 tbsp all purpose flour.5 tsp salt.75 cup half and half2 pkgs (6 oz each) frozen cooked shrimp, thawed and drained10 oz jar of marinated artichokes.25 cup dry white wine.25 cup Parmesan cheese
If desired, put rice on stove or in cooker now.
In saucepan, cook the mushrooms in the butter for 3-4 minutes. Remove mushrooms with slotted spoon and set aside for later.
In saucepan, stir flour and salt. Stir constantly until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in half and half. Heat to boiling sturring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stri in shrimp and artichoke hearts. Cook about 5 minutes.
Stir in mushoroms and wine. Heat until hot. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve over rice.
