2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 1tsp Sunflower Oil 10 mL Lemon Juice 100 Onions, raw 0.30 tbsp Spice, Crushed Mint (dried) 200 gram(s) frozen Garden Peas 300 gram Cottage Cheese
Preheat oven to 180C.
Saute the onions in sunflower oil until soft and translucent. Do not brown.
Add onions to rest of ingredients in bowl and blend until smooth.
Pour in the mixture into a dish and bake at 180C for 20-30 minutes until the centre of the tart is just set.
Cool and serve chilled.
