Ingredients
TilapiaKroger Whole Wheat TortillaOlive OilJalapenoSaltPepper
Directions
Put two tablespoons of olive oil and one half of a jalapeno (diced) into a skillet. Warm them over medium high heat and spread them around the bottom of the pan. Add the tilapia and cook until done, about 4 minutes on each side.
Put the tilapia on the tortillas and top it with the fish taco slaw (separate recipe) and a few sprigs of cilantro.
