Fish Taco Slaw

Ingredients
Red CabbageGreen Onion1/2 Jalapeno, dicedFat Free Sour Creamcilantroone lime
Directions
Chop the cabbage very finely (about 1/4 small cabbage) and place in a bowl. Chop up some cilantro to taste and toss it in there. Dice up about 4 scallions and throw that in. Dice the jalapeno up very finely and place it in with the other ingredients. Squeeze one small lime over it all. Add the quarter cup of fat free sour cream, mix very well, and allow to chill while making the fish tacos. This could also be eaten just as a regular coleslaw or on top of sandwiches.
