Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite sized pieces3/4 cup cooked peas3/4 cup cooked corn1 cup cooked carrots1 cup diced cooked potatoes1 ready to bake pie crust2 tsp tarragonsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Make gravy with chicken broth and corn starch. Add cooked chicken and vegetables with spices. Put mixture into a 9 inch pie dish and cover with ready made crust. Bake at 350f for 25-30 minutes or until crust is light brown.
Yields 5 servings.
