Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
Lime Juice, 1 fl oz *Fish Sauce, 1.5 tbsp *Oyster Sauce, 1.5 tbsp *Spices, Sriracha HOT Chili Sauce, Tuong Ot Sriracha (1t), 1 serving Sesame Oil, 1 1tsp Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 lb ready-to-cook Scallions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp Romaine Lettuce (salad), 12 inner leaf
Directions
Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowel, stir well. Heat oil in a large nonstik skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, cook 5 minutes or until done stirring to crumble. add scallions(green onions) and saute 3 minutes. Add lime juice mixture, cilantro saute for 2 minutes. remove from heat. Spoon 1/4 cup mixture onto each lettuce leaf and roll up. Makes 12 lettuce wraps.

    I havent made this because look at the sodium! If i ever did I would for sure use low sodium and only half of the amount! - 3/5/11
