orzo and Olive salad

Ingredients
3/4 lb Orzo2 cups Pimiento-stuffed green olives slicedavout 1 cup of sliced black olives1/3 cup thinly sliced scallions1/3 cup minced parsley leaves2 1/2 Tbl lemon juice5 Tbl Olive Oilsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
cook orzo according to directions. slice olives and onion and add to cooked orzo. add rest of ingredients and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste refrigerate for 2 hours or more (can add some green olive juice for a stronger olive taste
