2 med egg1 tbs 2% milk1 tbs heaping sweet onion 1 tbs heaping green pepper1/2 ounce virginna ham1tbs low fat pkg. toco cheese1/2 ounce slice american cheese
mix eggs and milk in bowl and set aside. chop onion and green pepper .
To heated skillet lighty sprayed to coat add egg mixture, add onion and pepper, ham and let good until set, slip spatula under and flip ,add toco cheese and flip in half to cover cheese. let cook util egg mix is set may filp to other side to finish set.
remove from heat and add thin strips of american cheese to top and sprinkle with garlic salt and parsley flakes. may be placed under glass lid to keep warm and allow cheese to melt.
