Low Fat Cornbread

Ingredients
1/2 c whole wheat flour1/2 c white flour1 c cornmeal1 tsp baking soda1/4 c splenda baking blend1/2 tsp salt1 c nonfat plain yogurt2 eggs (beaten, or 1/2 c egg substitute)1/2 c whole kernel corn. drained1/2 c jalapeno peppers, diced (optional)
Directions
preheat oven to 400

combine dry ingredients, add yogurt and eggs and combine well. stir in corn and jalapenos.

pour into well greased 8 inch pan

bake at 400 for 20 minutes

serve warm
