Baked Pears w/Maple Greek Yogurt & Granola

2 firm pears1 T honey1/2 c apple juice1/2 c water16 oz Greek yogurt4 T maple syrup1/2 c granola
Preheat oven to 375. Halve pears lengthwise, remove core. Place cut down in 8x8 baking dish. Pour juice and water down the sides, drizzle with honey. Cover loosely with foil and bake 35 minutes. Pour remaining liquid into pan, reducing till 1/4 remains, setting aside to cool once done. Mix yogurt with maple syrup. Divide into quarters, top yogurt with pear halve, sprinkle with granola, walnuts, sauce and a bit of maple syrup if desired.
