Spinach and Potato soup

Ingredients
* Spinach leaves 400g , washed, chopped * 2 medium sliced potatoes, peeled, sliced * 1 cup skim milk * 2½ cups water * Salt ½ tsp * Pepper ½ tsp
Directions
Add water spinach, onions, and potatoes in a sause pan. Cover and cook till potatoes are fully cooked and can be mashed easily.
Blend this mixture in a blender and when it cool downs strain with a strainer.
Return this mixture to the pan and add milk and bring it to boil.
Add seasoning and Enjoy.

    It was kind of bland, but I added a stock cube, celery and some lemon juice and I love it.
    So it's a good base but mine definitely needed some more flavour. - 4/22/15

    Always looking for a good soup, spinnach is better for you cooked and this is lower in carbs. will use sea salt though. Thank You for sharing. - 1/15/12
