Spicy Black Bean Dip

Ingredients
1 (15 oz can) of black beans, rinsed and drained1/2 cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped1/4 cup red onion, chopped1/4 cup shredded carrots3/4 cup salsa1 Tbsp fresh lime juice1 Tbsp fresh jalapenos, de-seeded and roughly chopped1/2 cup plain, fat-free yogurt1 tsp ground cumin1/2 tsp paprika1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor blend until chunky or smooth (depending on which consistency you prefer)
