Cabbage, onion, potato, bok choy, parsnips, celery, pepper, tofu, quinoa and base plus 8 c water
Throw all chopped ingredients in pot and simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Quinoa will cook down and make the soup thicker. Serving size: 2C. Serve w/ warm pita bread and laughing cow cheese.
