7 oz. Tyson Grilled & Ready Chicken Strips100 grams chopped yellow bell pepper1 oz chopped green onions (green & white parts)2 oz. chopped fresh broccoli1 oz. chopped yellow & orange carrots1 (14.5 oz) can no-salt-added diced tomatoes, drained1 (10 oz) pkg frozen corn kernels1 (10 oz) tub Philadelphia Santa Fe Blend Cooking Creme4 cups cooked Ronzoni Garden Delight Pasta1 cup Reduced Fat Mexican Cheese Blend
Saute onions, bell peppers, and chicken strips in a non-stick skillet sprayed with Pam until softened. Add tomatoes, corn and cooking creme and warm through (about 3 min). Stir in 1/2 cup cheese until melted. Pour over hot pasta and mix well. Add remaining cheese to pot and place lid over until cheese melts.
