Quaker Oats 1 cupSemolina (roasted) 1 cupWater apprx 1 1/2 cups(Just to make thick batter)Salt to tasteBlack pepper groundAny Diced veggies like cabbage, carrot, capsicum, onion, Paneer, mushroom,etcGreen chillies (optional)
Mix oats and semolina in water to make a thick batter. keep it aside for 10min.
Dice all vegetables along with chillies.
Check semolina batter if more water is required and put salt along with black pepper.
Put this batter on hot tava and spread like uttapam and spread all vegetables on top of it.
Let it sit for sometime
Sim the gas and change the side of uttapam.
After other side is also cooked. take it out of the pan as it is ready.
