Spaghetti Bolognaise

Ingredients

1 Kg Mince1 onion sml/med (chopped very fine)1 400g can mushrooms sliced (champignons)1 200 can capsicum (or diced very fine)Add garlic and herbs500g Tomato paste (NOTE: you can use beef stock cubes, I usually do 2 cubes to 1cup boiling water)Beef stockPasta
Large Fry pan
with a dash of oil
1 onion sml/med (chopped very fine)
-cook until brown
1 can mushrooms sliced
- brown through
capsicum
- drain and heat
Add garlic and herbs brown and cook through
1 Kg of Mince
- Allow to fully brown. cook through.
Add 500g Tomato paste
- stir through
(NOTE: you can use beef stock cubes, I usually do 2 cubes to 1cup boiling water)
Add beef stock
stir through, it may need a little more water you can add this. It is supposed to be very liquidy, juicy.
Simmer for about 20mins.
Cook pasta and serve with parmesian cheese.
